The double mixing shaft ensures intensive processing of the mixture from multiple directions and uniform incorporation of individual ingredients. The mixer has a sturdy, non-tilting bowl with a volume of 20 liters and a capacity of approximately 13–16 kg of meat. The MM20 model is manual only and cannot be connected to an electric grinder.
