The DME20 professional meat mixer is designed for fast, even, and hygienic mixing of ground meat, spices, and other ingredients. Thanks to its sturdy stainless steel construction, it is suitable for everyday use in butcher shops, smokehouses, food production facilities, and smaller meat processing shops.

The mixer is equipped with a fixed, non-tilting 20-liter bowl. The processing capacity is approximately 13–16 kg of meat. The unit can be operated manually or connected to a compatible electric meat grinder, which significantly simplifies the processing of larger quantities of ingredients.
