IMPORTANT NOTICE

• When using the oven for the first time, preheat it slowly. Increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until the temperature reaches 400°C. Preheat for 4 hours with the door open at the set temperature of 400°C.
• Please note that a minimum distance of 15 cm must be maintained from all sides or other devices.
• To ensure the best possible performance and optimal use of the product, it is recommended to use an air extraction system.

Thanks to two separate baking chambers, it allows simultaneous baking of larger quantities of pizza without compromising on quality. The fireclay baking surface and separate regulation of the upper and lower heating ensure even baking and a stable temperature even with frequent opening.
